Priorities for Corpus Christi

Water Security

Securing a reliable, drought-resistant water supply while keeping costs affordable for families.

Corpus Christi must secure a reliable, diversified, and drought-resistant water supply that protects our environment while meeting the needs of a growing community.Scott understands that a sustainable water strategy is critical not only for attracting future businesses, but more importantly for ensuring residents have dependable access to water. Scott will advocate for solutions that are environmentally responsible, financially sound, and designed to keep water costs affordable.

Public Safety

Supporting first responders and ensuring every neighborhood feels safe and secure.

One of the primary responsibilities of the City Council is to ensure that every resident can live and work in a safe community. Scott is a strong advocate for our first responders and is committed to ensuring they have everything they need to protect and serve. He understands that true public safety means more than just lowering crime—it means giving families peace of mind in their own neighborhoods.

Residential Streets

Investing in neighborhood infrastructure—roads, drainage, and parks families depend on daily.

Corpus Christi is growing and needs to invest in its infrastructure, with a stronger focus on repairing and revitalizing the roads families rely on every day. Scott is committed to enhancing neighborhood streets and parks to improve the quality of life for all residents. He believes our community deserves dependable roads, effective drainage and wastewater systems, and well-maintained parks.

Economy & Jobs

Building a competitive environment that creates good jobs and grows our local tax base.

The City has a responsibility to create a strong and competitive economic environment that creates high-paying jobs and expands the local tax base. As a local businessman, Scott understands what it takes to build a healthy economy and make Corpus Christi an attractive destination for investment. He will work to attract both large employers and small businesses so that all of Corpus Christi can share in our city's growth and success.

"I'm running for City Council at Large because I have deep roots in this community. I have been a successful, local small business owner for the last 32 years. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 38 years, and we have 3 children, and four grandchildren. I truly understand the needs of our community and have the business & community experience necessary to serve the people of Corpus Christi. Over the years, I have served Corpus Christi in many volunteer roles in an effort to make Corpus Christi a place that provides safety and opportunity for all families. Corpus Christi is the greatest place to live and work, and I am committed to keep it that way as your next City Councilman At-Large."

"A vote for me in the November election is a vote for the bright future of Corpus Christi, and over the next several months I hope to earn your vote for City Council At-Large."
